Today we’re shipping something that has been worked on for months! Flexible events got its biggest update ever. Flexible events automatically improve your schedule to increase focus time and resolve conflicts. So what changed?

Reclaims 2x as much focus time as before! The new engine now tests up to 40x times more different scenarios when moving your meetings. This significantly increases the likelihood of finding the optimal time for your meeting.
It’s more thoughtful. Moves only happen when they significantly improve your schedule. It’s also more careful with moving meetings to early or end of the day.
A new update email that highlights the benefits from the reschedule in more detail. You will now see exactly who reclaimed focus time or got a conflict resolved.
