Flexible event improvements

Another day, another list of improvements to flexible events. New in this update:

• Events are optimized no later than 10 AM on the day before they occur, instead of 4 PM. So less surprises and more predictability in your schedule.

• When a meeting cannot be optimized or will not be rescheduled anymore, a lock icon is now displayed on the event. This enhancement improves clarity what’s happening.

• Flexible events automatically disables when you manually move a flexible meeting
